BEFORE WE TALK

A few common questions.

Knowing what to expect makes the first step easier.

Do you offer free consultations?

Briefly describe your matter. Kenneth will confirm whether a free initial consultation is available for your situation and explain any fee before you book. Fees for paid appointment options are shown on the booking page.

Do I need to know whether I have a case?

No. Start with what happened, when and where it occurred, and how it affected you. Kenneth needs to review the facts and relevant records before assessing your legal options. The intake assistant cannot determine whether you have a case or predict an outcome.

What happens after I send an inquiry?

Your inquiry goes to the firm’s intake system. Kenneth will review it and determine the next step, including any additional documents or consultation arrangements. Sending an inquiry does not book an appointment or establish representation.

What should I prepare for a consultation?

Have a brief summary, your questions, relevant dates, and the names of the people or organizations involved. Mention any hearing or deadline. The firm will confirm the appointment format, any fee, and which documents to provide.

Am I chatting with Kenneth or an AI assistant?

The website chat and consultation phone line use an automated intake assistant. It can collect basic information and answer general questions about the practice. Kenneth reviews legal inquiries and provides legal advice. The assistant cannot promise representation, a result, or an immediate callback.

What if I have a hearing or deadline coming up?

Include the date and briefly explain what is scheduled or due. The assistant cannot assess a deadline or confirm Kenneth’s availability for an urgent matter. Do not wait for a response before seeking timely legal assistance.

I’m already a client. How do I get a case update?

Please use your established communication channel with Kenneth for your matter. The website intake assistant cannot provide case updates.
